What is Hotel Europeo doing for you?

• We constantly sanitize the facilities of the Hotel by means of cold thermowell as a vital measure.
• We trained all our collaborators on prevention, protection and hygiene management measures against Covid-19.
• We increased the frequency and intensity of cleaning in all the common areas of the Hotel
• We installed hand sanitizer dispensers in areas accessible to the general public.
• After check out and prior to guest arrival, we thoroughly disinfect each room.
• We labeled and published in each common area the WHO recommendations.
• We have placed a disinfectant mat at the entrance of the hotel to clean your shoes.

What can you do for us?

• Wash your hands frequently, for 20 seconds with soap and water.
• If you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with the inside of your elbow.
• Keep your distance, at least a meter.
• Stay informed and follow the recommendations of healthcare professionals.
• Upon entering the facilities, sanitize your hands and shoes.
• In case of presenting symptoms, report to reception to facilitate access to public or private health according to your convenience (we have access to specialists who will answer your call).
